Gday Mark,

Thanks for your kind words - glad you're enjoying the show.

August is definitely a better time to get here if you're looking for lower crowds, although this year crowds might be a little higher than normal due to people remaining after World Youth Day in JUly.

There are plenty of places for bike riding in and around Sydney, it really depends what you're looking for. I'll talk about some of the options in the next episode of the podcast, released in a week or so.

There's no shortage of swimming spots in the winter, sea pools are open all year round, and plenty of the other pools are open to those who wish to brave the elements.

We live in the UK ar coming out to Sydney in August. The podcast is concise, useful und un-stuffy - I've listened to them all and found them useful. Looking forward to getting out and about to put your suggestins into practice. We're hoping that Winter will mean fewer crowds. Are open air/salt water pools open in Winter?. Is there any cycle specific info/tips that you have? We like a walk but cycling is more our thing.
Keep up the good work.
Cheers,
Mark.
